Output and coverage

Every unit publishes its BTU rating and the floor area it is designed to cover, which is the only sensible way to plan a commercial terrace. Sizing by area rather than by unit count is what separates a patio that stays usable in October from one that empties. Exposed spaces need more output than the raw square footage suggests, because wind carries heat away faster than an enclosed space loses it. Both gas and electric variants exist within the Platinum family, so the same visual language can run across a site even where the services differ.

Mounting

These are designed to be mounted rather than freestanding, and the mounting method is part of the specification: wall brackets, ceiling fixings and recess kits are separate items rather than accessories thrown in. Minimum mounting heights are published per model and are not advisory. The adjustable bracket ships with the heater; recess and flush mount kits carry their own part numbers, so a flush ceiling installation needs to be specified deliberately at order time rather than discovered later.

Finish and warranty

Bodies are stainless steel, which is why these are the units that survive coastal installations. Every heater carries the Bromic factory warranty, valid because we are an authorized dealer. Commercial and multi unit projects are quoted individually rather than bought off the shelf, so if you are specifying more than a couple of heaters, contact us before ordering.
