Where Tungsten fits

If Platinum is specified when the heater has to be invisible, Tungsten is specified when it has to work. The housing reads as equipment rather than architecture, which is exactly right for a service yard, a smoking area, a workshop or a domestic patio where nobody is auditing the ceiling detail. Output per unit is comparable within a given size, so the decision between the two ranges is usually about appearance and budget rather than performance. Both gas and electric versions exist.

Sizing by output

Every unit publishes a BTU rating. Plan coverage from that number and the shape of the space rather than counting heaters, and add capacity for anywhere exposed to wind, which strips heat far faster than an enclosed area of the same size. Several models offer more than one output level, so a single mounting position can be specified up or down without changing the fixings.

Build and warranty

Bodies are stainless steel and rated for permanent outdoor installation, including weather exposure that ends cheaper heaters within a season. Mounting hardware is included with the heater, and the fixings are designed to be left in place, so a seasonal patio does not need re-rigging every spring. Every unit carries the Bromic factory warranty, valid because we are an authorized dealer rather than a marketplace reseller, which matters on this brand: units bought outside the authorized channel are frequently refused warranty service. Free freight to the lower 48, and multi unit projects can be quoted directly rather than bought at list.
