Pristine Home & Wellness is a specialist online retailer for outdoor fire, patio heating and hearth. Fire pit tables, gas and electric fireplaces, infrared patio heaters, built-in grills, outdoor furniture and portable power. We are not a general store that happens to stock a fire pit, and we are not a marketplace listing whatever is cheap this week. We picked a category and went deep in it.

This is the single most important sentence on the page, and it is worth being precise about what it actually buys you.

Most of these manufacturers only honor their warranty when the unit came through an authorized dealer. The exact same model bought from an unauthorized seller is routinely refused coverage, and you find that out at the worst possible moment, three years in, with a cracked burner. Every order from us qualifies for the full factory warranty, because we are in the channel.

It also means we can pick up the phone to these brands. When you ask whether a heater will work under an eight foot pergola, or whether a firebox will pass clearance against a combustible wall, the answer comes from the people who built the thing. Not from us guessing at a spec sheet.

Buying something expensive online should not be this hard

It usually is. Specifications contradict each other between listings. The same model sits at four different prices. Fuel type, venting, clearances, mounting height, whether the trim kit is included or another $400. Get one of those wrong and it is not a small mistake, it is a freight truck and a restocking fee.

Our whole job is removing that. We would genuinely rather spend twenty minutes talking you out of the wrong fireplace than sell it to you and handle the return. The part most retailers skip: actually getting it to your door

A 260 lb fire table does not arrive like a parcel, and pretending otherwise is how people end up angry. Here is the honest version.

Smaller items go ground parcel and turn up like any other package. Fire tables, fireplaces and patio heaters ship strapped to a pallet on a freight truck. The carrier phones you to book a window and an adult has to sign. Freight is curbside, which means the driver brings the pallet to the end of your driveway and no further, so line up a second pair of hands before the truck arrives. Most in-stock items leave the warehouse within 2 to 5 business days.

Inspect it before you sign. A clean signed delivery receipt is exactly what a carrier uses to deny a damage claim later, so walk the pallet and write down anything you see, even if it looks minor. Damage you only find once it is unpacked needs to reach us within 48 hours.

Then hand it to us. We file the claim with the manufacturer and the carrier and get you the replacement part or unit. You do not spend your evenings arguing with a freight company. That is what you are paying a dealer for, and it is the part that never shows up in a price comparison.

We are around before and after the order

A big purchase should not end at the order confirmation. Choosing the product, tracking the delivery, warranty questions eighteen months later, a part that needs replacing: same people, same phone number.
