Every product ships with its full manufacturer's warranty

Pristine Home & Wellness is an authorized dealer for every brand we carry. That means each product you buy from us is registered-warranty eligible, exactly as if you had bought it directly from the manufacturer.

What that covers

• The full original manufacturer's warranty for your product and model, covering defects in materials and workmanship for the period set by the brand.
• Warranty terms vary by brand and product line. The exact coverage for your item is listed in the manufacturer's documentation included with your order, and we are happy to send you the warranty terms for any product before you buy.

Arrived damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, note the damage with the driver at delivery and contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will handle the freight claim and arrange a replacement. You will not be left to fight a shipping company on your own.

How to make a warranty claim

Contact us first. Call +1 (888) 515-9650 (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm EST) or use our contact form and we will coordinate the claim with the manufacturer for you.

Extended protection

For many products we also offer optional extended protection plans through Consumer Priority Service (CPS) at checkout, which add coverage beyond the manufacturer's term.
